Duax, Founder & President - A thought leader in the Epic population health space who wrote the software giant’s original white paper on the Medical Home and meeting NCQA requirements (in total the foundational analysis and recommendation package that would become Epic’s Healthy Planet), C.J. has contributed to Epic’s continued population health evolution for the better part of the last decade. He oversaw the first-ever Healthy Planet and Payer Platform implementations at the foremost healthcare organization in the world.
With a knack for appropriate communication styles at all levels of the HIT and operational hierarchy, a deeply technical & broad Epic knowledge base, and a passion for transforming healthcare and inspiring teams to do the same, he brings unsurpassed value to engagements and a singular voice of authority to Downshift.
