Analytics Project Manager/Director(s)

We’re looking for a process-focused resource who’s able to use and lead use of a new process, and give feedback to make it more operationally relevant. They will have a strong understanding of: Epic reporting (data gathering and delivery), how healthcare metrics function operationally, as well as navigation of configuration tools as needed. An ability to analyze custom workflows, to assess data impacts for alignment purposes, and to estimate beginning to end timing and resource needs of workflow alignment efforts. This resource would have regular contact with Directors and VPs as well as physician leadership and must be skilled at summarizing progress and challenges at senior levels. Must have a data-driven vision, an ability to engender buy-in, and the excitement to inspire transformation!

GREAT TO HAVES:

• 3-5 Yrs of Epic-certified Experience

• Epic certifications or experience in Reporting Workbench, Radar, Cogito/Clarity Models, and/or Clinical Module(s)

Integration Architect(s)

Have you mastered the focuses that Downshift prides itself in supporting already?  Great!  We are seeking the right resources to help clients develop their population health visions - beginning to end. 

GREAT TO HAVES:

• 5+yrs of Epic-certified Experience

• 3-5+ Epic certifications

• 3+yrs of Team Lead, Architect, or Epic Project Engineer Experience

• 1+yrs of MU, ACO, MACRA, PQRS and/or HEDIS experience

Healthy Planet Resource(s)
